My HR34 has a jammed locker catch on the forward anchor winch locker. The catch is the circular chrome rotating type (circular with a black vertical grip which is rotated in either direction)

How do you get the catch off the locker from the outside?

I don't want to smash the catch but a may have to!

Any help would be appriciated from others who have had catches jam.
