The original prop on my 1976 sloop has been replaced with a 15' 13 pitch two blade which is causing the Volvo 50hp to smoke. Does anyone know what size the original prop was or can you recommend a prop that gets favorable results on your boat?

The original prop on the 31 Monsun was a 3 blade 15" diameter and 12" pitch left hand. According to the early descriptions there was also a two bladed version available but there are no details. Try a question to the yard?
