Coachroof GRP/gelcoat cracking

We have a HR36, built in 1990, which although in excellent condition generally, has numerous cracks in the gelcoat between the teak on the deck and the teak on the coachroof. These cracks appear all around the coachroof. The hull however is unmarked and in good condition.

Does anyone have similar experience or advice!

Assuming these cracks are about 2-3cm long, I've got just the same thing on my 1990 HR352. Cracks emanate from screw-holes where the teak is fixed. Same problem with windscreen rail screws. I've ground out a number of the cracks using a Dremel tool and filled them with resin, giving an almost invisible repair.
